Gymnastics, Strength and Conditioning

 

Tony attended Central Connecticut State University majoring in Physical Education.  He is a Professional Member of USA Gymnastics and is a USA Gymnastics safety-certified coach.  Tony is also certified in CPR.  Tony has attended numerous clinics for gymnastics spotting, including the Woodward Gymnastics Training Camp.  Tony has over 20 Years of strength and conditioning experience. Tony is a 19 year veteran of the New Britain Police Department. Tony enjoys playing golf in his leisure. Tony is married to a beautiful wife, and has two children.
